There was a man with a type of dementia and he brought in the wrong bottle to our pharmacy and wanted it filed and he was getting upset and confused so to diffuse to situation I asked him to give me a second and took the bottle and looked him up and saw that I could fill it for him and got itready in five minutes so he wouldn't be upset when he came back.
