It's kind of offensive that you're questioning the integrity of the company by saying they base their decisions upon looks. They explicitly state at the beginning of the interview that they're looking for PERSONALITY. Please don't spread hate and lies to potential candidates. We need to be uplifting and encouraging the future generation of AA flight attendants. Yes, they have grooming standards that require you to have a showered and tidy appearance, but so does every other airline. What AA is most interested in is having new flight attendants who you want to be on a layover with or who you don't mind sitting next to on a long flight.
