First I said "My granddaughter!" she laughed then I realized is not the answer she was looking for and said "being a workaholic" - not sure what else to say because I really believe I don't have any job related weaknesses! I am a perfectionist! NOT - I always want to learn more, know everything, challenge myself with new tasks.
