This is a question designers don't really like to hear during interviews. If you're honest, the interviewer might take it the wrong way. If you're dishonest, the interviewer might think you don't know what you're talking about. I attempted a neutral answer by saying that because there were a lot of bright colors on the website, I'd like to ensure that all of the text was legible, especially when it comes to white text on yellow backgrounds.
