What would you do if a customer needed help with a product?

I would go through the product with them, reading the label and then finding out if that was the right one for them and their pet or if they need something else.

Depending on the product it was the response would be different but say a bag of dog food was the product in this situation I would ask about there dog and make sure that this is the right option for them then answer any further questions they have and make sure that they have a wonderful experience at petsmart
