I would start an authentic Sicilian bar and cafe in San Francisco. Introducing the SF bay area to foods they have never tasted and bringing Don Gino (the most nominated bar in Sicily) owners to help me start. (being that were friends and all) Food should be more than just a way of getting calories. With a million dollars, I could create not only an orgasmic food experience (and give people REAL espresso) but I would also strive to be a BCorp. That's what I would do.
