Pros
The overall benefits package can be excellent if you come in at the right level. Excellent workspace and food if you attend the office. Most employees are excellent people to be around.
Cons
The organization constantly prioritised lean corporate priorities over employee welfare while I worked there. No amount of performative "belonging" or lifestyle benefits make up for being left without team/management support but still expected to perform well. The reality is that the organization is willing to leave people to rot until they leave. Everything became gamified to make people fit into a false code of belonging. Once upon a time this was a great environment to work in but most of the people I knew who loved it have slowly cashed in their stock and escaped what it has become now.
