Very helpful HR and kind interviewers
Process was tough with many rounds and assignments.
Involved a case study, an interview about the case study, a case study and guesstimate interview which would likely be followed by interviews by department head

The process is intensive, checks your aptitude, analytical thinking, problem-solving and business acumen. The process gives you enough faith that you will be surrounded by quality people. The process is meticulously planned and greatly executed by the HR team. Though the process is rigorous, turnaround time and process briefing happen fluently, credits to Remya in my case. 1. Initial HR touchpoint
2. Exploratory round (The hiring manager)
3. Product design round
4. Guesstimate round
