Whatfix Instructional Designer interview questions

Initial Communication was through a phone call and email exchange after which there was radio silence for 2 whole weeks. After which, there was an interview every week. The process was 2 interviews followed by an assignment on the usage of the tool pertaining to that of an Instructional Designer followed by the interview with the CEO and the HR. The interviews were well thought of with questions to not only see your fit in the organization but also to see the skills that you possess and your work experience. The questions check if you're able to reflect on your experiences and provide answers. The assignment needed to be worked on using the Community version of the tool which was a nice learning experience. Overall, a good experience with the HRs being approachable and helpful.
