I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whatfix (Bengaluru) in Apr 2017
Interview
Disappointing..!
I liked the Company and product. The Talent Evangelist was clear on expectations but was very unprofessional and arrogant, firstly came late by 25 min and rushed out after 30 min for another meeting.
Rescheduled the interview for 9 Pm on the weekend and didn't show up on the only to inform me to reschedule on the weekend the next day.
Didn't bother to inform me about updates while no one showed up for the interview session After me reaching out to him waiting for half an hour, I received a reply with no apology that its best to reschedule.
I have followed up on the next week if the application is still under consideration. Just for a namesake, they have scheduled an interview with one of the Customer Success Team members at 6:00 PM. Further changing the interviewer and the timeslot to 4:00 PM. Right then I have understood that the candidature not considered but was just to provide a formal closure anywayI had an interesting discussion with the Solution Architect.
Feedback: Please value the time of candidates and be respectable. It is ok to reject a candidate with if there is no fit, rather than leading on while experimenting.

Question 1
Process of gathering requirements usecases, experiences
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Whatfix (Bangalore Rural) in May 2024
Interview
One of the worst interview processes I’ve ever encountered, it felt like the panellist came up with a predefined mindset of not dedicating more than 10 minutes and the technical round, he took the least interest in knowing more about my resume or my work experience or anything, although it was supposed to be a technical round, but there was only just one technical question and that too super easy, and that’s it. He didn’t even provide any feedback or anything. It felt like mind was already made up for some other candidate and my interview was just a formality.
