I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Whatfix (Mumbai) in Mar 2017
Interview
Innovative and thorough process comprising of 3 rounds- starting with an initial HR round. HR had an in depth understanding of the company and knew exactly what kind of persona they wanted to hire. This round was followed by interviews with the Head of Business Development- covering aspects from sales DNA to my approach in closing a sale. Even demoed the community version of their product to them. The final round was with the CEO- he had a very clear vision for the company. An interesting aspect of this interview process is that the Company asks for your feedback on the interview process after every single round on what they could have done betterand are very receptive.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Whatfix
Interview
The interview process took around 3 weeks. There were a total of 5 rounds as follows -
1. HR screening - basic discussion on job profile
2. Sales Director - questions around current profile, why whatfix, why not any other competitor, why you are a good fit for end to end role etc
3. Senior Director - Demo round. You need to give a presentation on whatfix DAP and handle questions around the same. There will be basic questions around your understanding of the DAP and how you handle objections. e.g. You could be asked questions around specific features of Whatfix DAP, how are you better than a competitor, question around pricing etc.
4. There may or may not be a final round with Head of global sales. Basic fitment check. Possibly a very brief 20 mins conversation. or a detailed HR round and generic discussion.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whatfix in Apr 2021
Interview
Pretty straight forward and easy. Had 3 rounds, one with Manager and one with VP and then HR round to discuss compensation.
The HR team is very quick to comeback when you are selected and make sure your onboarding is smooth
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Whatfix in Oct 2020
Interview
One of the best interview processes I have seen thus far in my career. Each round had a purpose and objective laid out clearly. Documents and expectations were also specified prior to each round. Had an initial screening round with my to-be manager to understand role fit and my own motivations for the role. Detailed understanding of my current role and skillsets I bring to the table were evaluated next. A few sales roleplay exercises followed by feedback and actionable steps. What I would need to do in the next round to land this role was also laid out for me, which was unusual and refreshing. Next was a detailed product demonstration round with a senior sales leader. This round was one of the most thorough I have ever been through. Needed a lot of preparation and the nature of questions and objection handling exercises were challenging and fun. A final round with the global sales head was also conducted, which was quick and to the point. The ensuing discussions with the HR were also open and comfortable.
What stood out for me was the transparency and clarity provided through the process. Most companies just don't do that, especially in this time of pandemic where the supply of talented individuals far outstrips the demand. All in all a great interviewing and learning experience provided by Whatfix.
