The interview process was tough but fair. The steps in the process were well thought out of ahead of time. All timelines on next steps were clearly articulated and followed. Step 1 was an initial conversation via video to determine fit, learn about the organization and whether or not mutual interest existed to continue the process. Step 2 was an in-person meeting to highlight my capabilities as discussed during the initial conversation. We agreed that I would perform a demonstration of a software application. Step 3 was a video meeting with the co-founders of the company. After step 3, the conversation moved to discussion of the particulars of what an offer would consist of. Terms were agreed to and an offer was made in a timely manner. From beginning to end, the interview process was very professional and I thought indicated a sign of good things to come.
