I never had an interview process as seamless and friendly as at Whatfix. Right from my first call with Victor (senior HR and Talent Acquisition lead) to meeting the various stakeholders in the company, everything was well planned and organised. It just took 3 days for the entire process to complete and the offer was rolled out by the team in no time. Victor was an amazing support throughout the whole process; there wasn’t a single time when I called or texted him and he didn’t answer. I wonder when this guy sleeps ;) Another very unusual and positive thing that I found during the interview process was that, you won’t be questioned on your abilities or skills, rather they would try and understand the best of you, to then take the journey accordingly. So unlike most of the Q&A sort of interviews, I found this to be more of a learning experience on top of what I already knew about the role and industry stats.
