I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Whatfix (Bengaluru) in Oct 2019
Interview
I was a complete stranger to the company until I came across this company and the role on a networking portal.
I applied for the job via the portal and got a call back from the HR. He spent a good few minutes talking about the role, company and the interview process. Within next two days I was asked to walk down to the office for a F2F interview with the hiring manager who explained about the role, day 2 day activities and shared some of his experiences being in the role. This discussion was more about getting to know the candidate and helping understand the job profile. This was followed by a round with the lead from another team and also a technical interview where I was asked a few questions on the tech topics that were very relevant to the job profile I applied for. Third round was with the Director of the Customer Success team and here the focus is on your business acumen and passion for being in customer facing team. Very soon it was the discussion with the CEO himself. It is commendable to see the CEO personally takes sometime out to get to know the candidate better and answer any questions you have about the company very patiently.
Finally it was the HR discussion and salary discussion to wind up the interview process. Overall things that stood out for me,
1. Value for individuals time and time to response from HR and interviewers
2. Detailed feedback about your discussions with interviewers
3. Very timely and clear communication points

Interview
Awesome process, detail oriented feedback, transparent communication.
Whole product is browser plugin, and you will be asked some really basic questions in JS, HTML, CSS. Basic means for experienced person its not easy to answer because you must be out of touch.
There is only concern why to shortlist such experienced profile when their job role is very basic. This profile is to create learning materials for clients so 3-4 years experience HTML developer can do that.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Whatfix (Bengaluru) in Sep 2020
