The interview was clean and fair. All the steps were clearly communicated and followed. Due to COVID-19, the whole process happened via video chat. The first round was with the reporting manager where the JD was clearly explained, kept me in the place where I know what I'm signing up for. That is very important. Next round was with the CEO. Mr. Khadim is very gentle and really liked the way he handled the whole duration. The final step with the HR, we discussed the offer and finalized. That was smooth. The whole process took almost a month.
