Interview
Initial rounds of discussions were about the right fitment in the organisation for my profile (which is appreciated, considering the fact that role titles could be misleading and not in line with expectations). There were 5 rounds of interviews by various individuals across orgs, with a final round with the CEO. Though the whole process took time to closure, the TA team was very proactive in keeping me posted about the next steps, and ensured that I am geared up with all the relevant resources/information about Whatfix and their product.

Interview
Applied online and got a call from company recruiter that my profile is shortlisted for further processing. I was asked to fill a multi page performa and told post receiving they will call and schedule an interview with the senior manager. Surprising part is they replied back saying I didnt made to next round. This is not the first time they behaved so odd. Hopeless recruiter set I believe.
