applied through a referral. The process took 5 days. 1. Business Round.-->Discussion on past Exp., client handling skills, Initiatives, etc 2. Technical Round:--> To Evaluate your skills on JS. CS, HTML. It was a video interview and asked to make live changes to the website. 3. VP round-->To understand your Past Exp in detail. Different scenario-based questions were asked. This round was basically to check if I was a good fit for the role. 4. HR Round--> This was the final round, mostly to questions where asked to check if I was Cultural fit. All the rounds were conducted online considering this Pandemic. HR(Harshil) was top of everything. He was very proactive in keeping me posted about the feedback and the next steps.He is always there to address your concerns or doubts.
