It was a blend of insightful conversations around the learning trends, the way forward, role expectation settings, and skills review. If you are thoroughly interested in the role and are aligned to the JD, then the entire process seems like a professional discussion rather than a formal interview. The interviewers hold a lot of experience in the field and are kind enough to answer all your queries.
The recruiting team touches base with you after every round and gives accurate updates. Given the times, they were accommodating and professional and ensured a pleasant interview experience throughout the journey.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whatfix (Bengaluru) in Dec 2019
Interview
I am going to tell you right off the bat that this is one of the best interview processes you will ever encounter. Period.
It is very common for candidates to get overwhelmed with multiple interview rounds and many companies do this and have failed. Whatfix has multiple rounds too - the difference is these awesome people figured it out!
I had a total of 7 rounds - The first one was an extremely honest and open conversation with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, Theja Chandramohan. I can tell you right now, you can speak your heart out to this guy. Whatfix hires you for your potential and not your CV. I was floored with the level of engagement that Theja has shown. Precise and genuinely interested in all minute details of your current work, and a deep insight into what the Whatfix vision is all about.
I had 2 Video calls with Ganesh and Mohit and it never really felt like an interview. The discussions ranged from my interests in technology and my view and ideas around Instructional Design.
I was then called to Bengaluru to meet the CEO Khadim and meet up with Mohit. Every single interaction leaves you in pure awe of how deeply committed everyone is to the goals at Whatfix. Of course, Whatfix paid for my travel and cabs to and fro from HSR layout. No stress Maccha!
Khadim and Mohit are a rare breed who bring such a unique and fresh perspective to the startup world. And I thoroughly enjoyed being the honest and brutal me during all rounds of the interviews.
On returning to Pune, Theja scheduled a final round with Sneha Singh, the Talent Acquisition Lead to discuss offer expectations and questions that revolved around my family, my cultural fitment. Overall, a stunning discussion. The offer was rolled out within 72 hours.
