Screening round with Director, technical round with SPM, written assignment, final round again with Director. Written round was to analyse the design of their current product. The initial round was focused on fitment while the later rounds went into specific skills.

I received a call from Whatfix and after initial screening HR stated that he would get back to me after having a discussion with Hiring Manager. It's more than a month and I haven't received any call from them. My experience with WHATFIX is certainly not in good taste. On LinkedIn they claim, "We don't believe in leaving candidates in the dark and place a premium on closing the loop regardless of the outcome of your application"-- Absolutely incorrect! It's almost 2 months and still, I am in dark. Even though during the screening round HR stated that I am a good fit but still, I haven't got any call for a technical round. Here is another incorrect statement ---"Please contact HR on LinkedIn if you have not heard from us within 7 days of applying for this position." I had sent a mail and am still, waiting for their response. They would never acknowledge your email and message even though over the phone they would suggest to whatsapp/call or mail in case of any query. I believe HR is the face of the company. When HR doesn't follow what the company believes in, then it's certainly a big thumbs down for the organization.

Interview process will go on for 4-6 weeks, but that's only because the organisation is going through a streamlined screening process of hiring the right candidate who fits into the organisation and its environment
