One of the most refreshing design interview process I have come across in years. The hiring team knew exactly what they were looking for and why they are looking for. All the interviewers were aligned on the expectations and process. Unlike every other design teams which focuses too much on UI and visual design even though they are hiring for a product design role, the team spent more time understanding my journey, past experiences, my failures and successes. I really enjoyed the discussions around processes and challenges. I was in constant touch with Remya from the recruitment team. The experience was seamless in terms of communication, expectations settings and making me feel comfortable throughout the process.
