Interview
A pretty extensive but clear process that over a month to complete. I had 6 rounds of interviews including a small assignment to understand my approach to problem solving. The interviews were more like conversations and the interviewers made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. Plus, having done my homework and research really helped me in answering questions to the best of my abilities. Overall, it was a very smooth process with regular updates and communication from the HR's end. Thanks a lot!

Interview
I applied for this position in response to a LinkedIn post. The process at Whatfix is very clear - you are given an assignment concerning a real-world problem statement and the subsequent interviews are centered around your submission. I went through 1 screening round and 1 interview after turning in the assignment. Overall, my experience was very good. The interviewer was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable through the process. The assignment was also quite interesting and ensured that candidates learn about the company, product and the market that they address. Although I didn't get shortlisted for further rounds, my overall interview experience was very good with Whatfix.
