The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Whatfix (London, England)
Interview
They claim themselves that they are transparent. But they aren't, as it's a poor process in place. They will not update you immediately after receiving emails. Even if they are not interested in hiring you, they will give you multiple assignments. And they will use all your product insights and will implement it in their product. And you won't get paid. Candidates do the job of an unpaid consultant to this company. Always remember this while solving cases. I found some guys in the HR team to be arrogant. They self-boast a lot during the interview. They brag about themselves without allowing you to talk. And they proudly claim that they will refund your travel expenses. But they won't refund.
I suggest candidates to look for better opportunities as I don't see them to be consistent. They keep on changing. So, even if they offer you a job, look for a better opportunity before joining here. Because they themselves don't have enough clarity on what they want and whom they should recruit?
Some funded startups recruit crazily without any real need. I feel that's the case with whatfix. So, make sure there is a proper match before accepting the offer.
While it is sad to hear about the entire candidate experience - Whatfix does not have a London office. We are headquartered in Bangalore, India and the only other office is San Jose, CA.
