Whatfix Project Manager interview questions

The interview process was smooth. Harshil ensured I had all the reading materials available to prepare for the interview. The interview panel was great and made me feel comfortable. The interview was held remotely due to the current pandemic but at no point of time I felt there was any difference.

Total 5 rounds including assignment round. - 1st round had 2 panelists. Was given 1 guesstimate to solve. Focus was more on approach and assumptions taken than on arriving at the final number. 2 more questions related to data interpretation. - 2nd round also had 2 panelists. This round was primarily focussed on product design and improvements. - 3rd round was with VP of products. More of a conversational round where he asked about my PM experiences and I learnt about whatfix's product culture. - 4th round was a take home activity round. - 5th round was assignment review round. Pleasant experience overall. All interviewers seemed to be friendly and open minded. Sneha from the Talent acquisition team addressed all my questions with thought and candour and in a timely manner.
