Interview
In my case HR was Harshil Mittal who was really helping us in each step such a smooth experience.
All the process was on-campus so overall it took around 1 month and level of difficulty was average as the company was more focusing on communication skills more than everything because the role itself demands dealing with customers directly. But one should have general knowledge about programming and JavaScript especially as you'll be required to play with DOM manipulation in the technical interview and That's it toughest part is over.
Around 250 students applied in the beginning from where I reached to the HR round.
There were around 5-6 rounds as follows:-
1. Resume shortlisting
2. Test consisting of questions related to Company background and General Aptitude.
3. Techincal test (On Hackerearth consisting of 30 mcq of hmtl/css/Js and 2 Coding question of medium level) and for sorting for third round there was cut off decided later on.
4. One technical interview with DOM manipulation. Interviewer will ask to open any website and then do some changes like background color, title etc. with console and any gfg puzzle, general programming questions (fibonacci/finding prime) etc.
5. Then there was one business round which was to know how much the candidate knows about the company background and general communication but they focus so much on your english not only this but also pace of your speaking.
6. Then there was HR round to know more about you, your thinking capability etc. Yes from 250 students I reached out to 12. As 12 students were selected for the HR round. All things were going fine.
7. But in the night we got call from the placement cell that 5 of them are already selected but there's doubt on you 7 guys whether they'll pick you or not. So there was another HR round and unluckily here I loose my thing. They said my pace of speaking was really fast and they have earlier faced this issue as their main target is to deal with European Customers.
In the last they picked up 10 guys out of 12. I wasn't one of them.
What were you getting:-
1. Stipend for one year 35k/month for one year internship and then later CTC of 9Lpa along with Macbook Pro.
2. Working hour from 5PM - 2AM.
3. Free Cab drop/pickup facility
4. Free buffet/dinner
