The interview process is inordinately, and in my opinion unnecessarily, long for this type of role. The whole process took 5 weeks and included an initial conversation with the recruiter followed by 4 additional interviews with various department leadership and a sample case assignment. I have experience in Trust & Safety and this interview process is about twice as long with twice as many interviews as is typical.

Question 1
Describe a time when you successfully completed a task after being given ambiguous instructions
I had two 15 minute interviews. The first round was great, received a call from the recruiter to setup the 2nd round. The 2nd round was with the VP who showed up late, seemed annoyed and tired. Didn't allow me to ask any questions at the end. Then abruptly ended the meeting.

Question 1
Name a time when you received feedback and how did you handle it
The recruiter that I spoke to was very kind and courteous. She called on time. I wasn't extended an offer, but she emailed me within a day of my call and that felt very respectful, since lots of recruiters just ghost people. It was an overall positive experience.
