Whatnot interview questions

First round Call with the hiring manager for a mini case study. Second round was a tech screen for SQL and Python (Heavy on SQL, light on Python) with a mini case study. Third round was a panel cut into four parts, two focused on specific skills and two focused on behavioral. Data transformation, experiment design/execution were the focus of the skills portions. Behavioral were more or less typical with the data scientist specific portion focused on how you engage with non-technical business partners. Last round was lower pressure (specifically told that there was no need to prepare anything) and was designed more to give me the floor to ask more specific questions about the role, team, company, direction, etc. Extremely prompt with follow up and moved through everything very quickly, from application to offer letter was just about 3 weeks.

First, you have the HR screen with a recruiter, and then you meet with a hiring manager. I didn't move past the HR screen though, so not much else to share
