Bait and switch hiring practices. Attracting talent with GM job posting but then say strategy/budget has changed and offer a Sr. OM role, with an OM salary with the same job responsibilities as a GM. Leveraging the current covid environment to take advantage of candidates.
-Initial phone screening with recruiter
-1:1 with VP of operations
-1:1 GM from another market
-Analytics test
-Panel Interview
-1:1 GM from another market
-1:1 recruiter with job offer
Really great interview experience. The team was super professional, communicative, and followed-up throughout. First round had an interview screen followed by a 2-hour analytics test. Then got to speak to senior leadership across regions and heard a ton about where the culture is headed. Every person I talked to was kind, smart, and seemed excited about the vision.
