Process took 3 weeks. First interviewed with recruiter, then with accounting team member, and the final round was with Controller. Told me they promoted someone from within but still considering me for the position, didn’t give any updates for two weeks, and then said they closed the e position and when I tried to follow up they just ghosted me.
