Very chaotic approach with no structure. Kept adding rounds and rounds to the interview, which showed that they were not yet aligned with the definition of the role. Founders and other leaders were unprepared for interview with very unclear questions.
Got the sense that they didn't know what they wanted nor did they have any idea of what the role I was interviewing for typically does.
Nothing was working at the time, and at this point it was 2020 which meant they should have had everything sorted out in their new office space. Doors, lights, monitors, systems... nothing was working.
Definitely dodged a bullet. Many people here lack the experience or background for the roles they're in and it shows.
Very antisocial vibe - founds don't even look at people in the eye.
