I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Whirlpool Corporation in Mar 2011
Interview
I was called about a month before my official interview and had an informal, "mini" phone interview. Three weeks later another hiring manager called and I had the same type of phone interview with him. A week after the second call I had an onsite interview with 5 people over 4 hours. The thought of having a 4 hour interview with multiple people was a bit daunting at first, but it turned out to be one of the best and most relaxed interviews I've ever had.
