The interview is broken up into two separate panel interviews. Each interview takes about 45 minutes. Each panel had four Whirlpool managers asking questions and taking notes of your responses. It felt like a STAR interview more or less.
I could tell based on feedback that several of the interviewers thought I did well during the interview. They told me I would hear back within a week whether I got the job. One week passed, and I didn't hear anything. Then two weeks passed. Then three weeks passed. Then four weeks passed. Then six weeks passed. I attempted to follow up with the hiring manager/recruiter twice during this six week time period. Neither time did they acknowledge me with a reply. After six weeks, I finally received a generalized auto reply from an automated corporate HR mailbox stating that I did not qualify for the job.
In my opinion, if this is how they treat potential employees who come in for job interviews, I can't imagine the corporate culture is a positive environment. It doesn't take much to call someone after an interview and let him or her know if they got the job.
