I was recruited by Whirlpool, asked to do multiple phone interviews, and finally a high-stakes skype interview with the hiring manager. I would receive emails from their HR at odd hours and I wasn't respected at all during interview process. Despite being recruited and asked to interview for the role, I was considered "underquilified" by the Hiring manager. I'd understand if I had applied, but why waste everyone's time, especially mine?! You can tell how a company will treat you from the interview process. As such, I'll be staying away.
