From time of application to offer about 3 weeks. First interview was a video interview. Unlimited attempts at recording was possible. Next two interviews were an hour and done as a video conference. These were with the hiring manager and a person who will be important to the role. Final interview was with a senior leader via phone. Questions about my experience relating to the role and a different role were discussed. Additionally I learned about those interviewing me. I came prepared and was made comfortable by those interviewing me. About a week later I was invited to apply to a higher level role and offered the job the next business day.
