Four-stage interview process with one or more team members collaborating to assess team chemistry fit. I first met with the director, then had a video call with the individual who previously had the role. After that, I enjoyed a discussion over lunch with two peers that would be on the team. Finally, I met with the hiring manager and senior director of the group. Overall the process took approximately three hours.
