The interview process has multiple steps but I never made it past the first step, which was a screener interview. They came to my school and allowed us to submit resumes and then gave some people the chance to interview if they liked their resumes. The screener interview asked basic questions about resume, myself, but then they wanted to "see how I thought" and so they asked how many gas stations there are in [x city] and gave time to think about that and then answer.
