I interviewed at Whirlpool Corporation in Mar 2021
Interview
Video interview followed by phone call and then another round with the hiring manager and the team members its a lengthy process and a good experience to have a good practise
First, I was asked to complete a recorded video interview answering some basic questions. Then, I was asked to complete a zoom interview with a hiring team and told I would hear back. Fast forward two and half weeks, I receive an email saying the feedback was “very positive” and asking if I was interested in continuing the process. I say yes, and was told I would hear about next steps in the coming week. Then I was ghosted for over a week. Still waiting to hear back, but pretty unhappy with this process.
