2 rounds and 1 take-home assignment. 1st round went well, 2nd round was drilled constantly about reasons why I left my previous roles in such a "short time" for almost 80% of the interview. If hiring managers don't want what they view as job hoppers, I should not have been invited to interview at all in the first place! Also, I only got a 1-liner feedback for the 7-hour+ take-home assignment (FULL marketing plan for the next 6 months) that I did painstakingly. Never again!
