Muitas pessoas envolvidas. Haviam mais de 10 pessoas na sala e muitas perguntas sobre a vida pessoal. Entendo que ter uma noção geral da vida do futuro funcionário é importante, mas na ocasião eu achei exageradamente invasivo. Pouco foi falado sobre meu trabalho ou sobre a equipe, pois pareciam desinteressados, como se já houvessem escolhido uma pessoa para vaga e tivessem ali só pra cumprir protocolo. Foi bem estranho.
