      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Whisbi (Barcelona) in Jun 2017

      Interview

My interview at Whisbi was one of the most professionals I have ever had. The first touch was a phone call where I was asked about my experience, motivations and where I got to know what the company does. After the phone call I was selected by a 1st face-to-face interview where I had the chance to meet the head of the department I would be working at (Head of Marketing) and my chapter lead - (Head of Design). In this meeting, I had to present the results of a 6h design challenge that I was asked to do (a website page where I would be selling a potato - how fun and creative is this?). In this same meeting, I had the change to speak about me, my goals and the type of environment I was looking for. We also spoke about the position, the team and the company (which was great to have an idea of what I would be doing, with whom and about what). After the last meeting, I got an email from Whisbi saying they would like to hire me and that was that is the happy ending of my recruitment journey.
