      Backend Developer Interview

      Application

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Whisbi (Barcelona) in Apr 2021

      Interview

The interview with the hr girl was good, she talked to me about the company and I talked about my experience and aptitudes. They looked interested in me. They found me on Linkedin so they saw my profile. I waited for the reply to go to the next step. But it seems at the end they wanted someone with a computer science degree. Which got me surprised because they already saw my profile ... Well got me surprised because even I didn't have the chance to show my skills with the test. Nowadays people can have a college degree or not in this career, and I am not against college (here could open a debate) but I think this shouldn't matter because there are people even much better than people with a college degree. So I don't think that this should make to skip people and even asking for a few years of experience. So, if you want to apply here for a developer job, better if you have a college degree ;)
