Typical interview process, you have an initial phone screen and they send you a coding challenge. This coding challenge was pretty robust though, a lot more sophisticated than your usual "Write an app that connects to an api and do something with the information". I sent in the coding challenge which led to a technical screen with one algorithm question. I felt that the cultural part went great, we talked for about 45 mins just about the company and whatever else. The algorithm wasn't super hard, I misread the prompt so had to refactor. It took me a decent amount of time but got to a solution. I heard back from them a couple of days later, and told me they decided not to move forward with me with no solid feedback as to why.
