Chaos ... Recruiter initiated contact via LinkedIn. Phone screen. Submitted... nothing for two weeks ... then needed to quickly setup an interview with hiring manager. Went in to interview without formal job description, but had a good interview/conversation (went longer than scheduled). Three week have past and have not heard anything from anyone ...
