The process started with a Zoom interview with the hiring manager followed by an in person meeting with him. After the in person interview, during which I met some members of the team, I did not hear again either from the hiring manager or from their HR group.

Not organized i waited 40 minutes past the time of my scheduled meeting.

Question 1
I would not call my meeting an interview at all. The folks I met with did not appear to want to work there. They were afraid of losing their jobs when the hospital was sold. They are probably correct, the potential buyer would not see the point in having duplicate positions.
