The interview consisted of a call with HR, first round with a junior staff (mostly behavioral questions about your background, interests, experience), afterwards there was a case study with a huge chunk of data in excel and you had to prepare a PowerPoint with some recommendations. In the second round you present your analysis to two managers who ask you questions, The third round would have been with the director of that team - but the HR person ghosted after scheduling it sooooo.... a few weeks later, I got an email that the role had been put on hold. Then six months later they posted it again. I applied and got auto-rejected. That's the interview process.
