Interview
A half hour conversation with two partners. Discussion of points of interest in CV and Cover Letter, and then on to general commercial awareness and knowledge and enthusiasm for the legal profession. A bit of a good cop bad cop routine was employed, with one of the partners taking critical lines of answers on certain questions

Interview
Video Interview. Asked 3 questions. The computer will ask the questions and during this time, the 15 seconds prep time has started. After the prep time, you have 2 minutes to answer the question then submit. Between questions, you can take a moment before going to the next.
Phone Interview following online application and before assessment centre with a member of early careers HR. This interview lasted for around half an hour and was very structured in the questions being asked.
Straight forward questions, with associate and grad rec, was actually quite relaxed for an interview. Associate asked more technical questions and grad rec asked more competencies/motivational type questions. Interview was followed by written exercise and group assessment
