Applied online, got an e-mail from HR manager scheduling a phone interview within a week. This was a quick screening that lasted about 10 minutes. Then got a second e-mail scheduling in-person interview. There was a quick test then two rounds with 4 different people. They seemed a little unprepared and just asked very basic questions. It lasted about 1.5 hours. They told me they would make a hiring decision in 2 weeks, and it's been 3 and I never heard back, not even after following up via email. I think it's an incredibly rude habit of some companies to not update candidates - even if it's a no. I took time off my current job, invested resources and time to interview, and the least we candidates deserve is a quick email update.
