The interviews were conducted in groups and individually. The individual interviews were with the direct senior partner, and afterwards the group interviews involved both groups of associates and groups of partners.

Standard and some behavioral questions. Interviewers were nice, interesting, and smart. Overall great and organized interview experience. This was for a Summer Associate role so standard screener followed by callback interviews.

Friendly, fair questions. Asked about previous experience relevant to the firm. Left a lot of room for me to ask questions about expectations and clarify my main concerns about the firm

Interview
A long interview with native speaker and partners. Interesting choice of questiosn (rather about particular projects than about legal knowledge). I got the impression that they focused on my availability on weekends, which influenced the final decision, despite interesting projects, nice salary and a good team.
