I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at White & Case (Sydney) in Mar 2023
Interview
Very fast - got back to me within a day to ask for an interview, quite friendly, questions were all as expected. Interviewed with three partners, one of whom was very new to the firm, but gave me a great sense of what they're like and the team structure.
Standard and some behavioral questions. Interviewers were nice, interesting, and smart. Overall great and organized interview experience. This was for a Summer Associate role so standard screener followed by callback interviews.

Question 1
Why W&C, what practice areas are you interested in, etc.
Friendly, fair questions. Asked about previous experience relevant to the firm. Left a lot of room for me to ask questions about expectations and clarify my main concerns about the firm
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at White & Case (Warsaw, Masovia) in Dec 2024
Interview
A long interview with native speaker and partners. Interesting choice of questiosn (rather about particular projects than about legal knowledge). I got the impression that they focused on my availability on weekends, which influenced the final decision, despite interesting projects, nice salary and a good team.

The questions concerned projects in terms of legal and technological issues.
