Interview
The first stage was an online application with a cover letter, academic transcript, and CV. Upon being shortlisted, you will undergo an aptitude test and a translation test. The final round of the interview is a partner's interview.

Question 1
General CV-based and motivation questions, e.g., why law, why the firm, disagreement with others, etc.
It was a virtual video interview, which involved a practice round, which you were not assessed on. There were 3 questions to answer, with 15 seconds to practice and 60 seconds to answer.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at White & Case (London, England)
Interview
You are given 30 seconds to pre, and 90 seconds to an answer.
There's a total of:
1 motivational question
1 competency-based question
1 commercial questoin
The hardest part is managing the time whilst maintaining eye contact with he camera.
