Interview
Pretty standard process. Met with two people to discuss the usual personality questions from a list they got from HR. Finally met with a partner to discuss the position and overall how I would fit in the company.
The partner seemed really disengaged, but not as if they were hurried or pressed for time. It was not the weirdest interview I have been to, but I definitely left knowing that it might not have been a great fit for me.

Tell me about a time you had conflict, and how was it resolved?
Very laid back and easy to talk to them. The questions weren't very hard and felt as though they wanted to get to know me and help in any way they could.
The interview process was overall very unorganized and felt as though the interviewers asked very generic cookie cutter questions. Went in-person and I feel that team lacked any sort of professionalism
